Ravi had a gap between his two front teeth and had always felt insecure about his smile. He had wanted to do something about it for a long time and as a Pharmacist he is working with the public and wanted a smile he could feel confident with.

Why Did You Want Cosmetic Dental Work Done?

I wanted it done because I felt insecure regarding the gap between my front two teeth. When I looked into the mirror I didn’t like my teeth very much, and was looking at various options on how to either close the gap or have veneers. It was something I wanted done for many years and when I looked at photographs I kept noticing the gap that I have.

Why Did You Choose Spires?

I went to the practice as I was in the area for a few weeks staying at a friend’s. I went to the practice not knowing what to expect and I registered with them. Spires went through the various options I could use and the cost of each. I asked them to advise me on what they would do if they were in my position. Spires gave me various options, but advised that I firstly could try a cost-effective way to reduce the gap by using some sort of filling material which closes the gap. They showed me an example of this and it was impossible to tell where the filling was placed on the teeth!

How Did You Feel After Your First Consultation?

My first consultation was great, I felt really welcomed. As this was an unfamiliar dental practice I was weary of how good the dentists here actually were. However, they knew what they were talking about and I felt confident going forward with them to look after my teeth. We tried the moulding on the first consultation to see what it would look like and if my teeth would look too wide. I felt reassured that the treatment would go to plan and my front teeth wouldn’t look too big. I liked the fact that I was able to see the end result before anything permanent happened. I had confidence in the practice and went ahead with the treatment on the second consultation.

One thing that stood out was how Spires listened to exactly what my concern was and what I wanted to achieve. This was shown when they made sure they kept a 0.5mm gap that I requested between my front teeth!

How Has The Treatment Affected Your Life?

It has greatly affected my life as I don’t feel insecure when I smile, and my teeth look great. Spires were very professional when doing the treatment and were very particular when treating my teeth as they looked at every detail to make sure they were symmetrical. I would definitely go back to Spires for any future treatments I might need. I have never felt so relaxed and confident in a dental practice before and highly recommend visiting Spires!

The fillings we used to reduce the gap between Ravi’s front teeth was a cost-effective, and easy way to reform Ravi’s smile. It also allowed us to bespoke our treatment for Ravis needs and produce an end outcome which he envisioned.
