How does it work?
To achieve the best result, which let’s face it is what we are looking for; we need to adjust the teeth themselves to provide room for the veneers. The adjustment is made using a mock up of your new smile to ensure we only remove the required amount of tooth structure.
Prototype veneers are fitted at the same time and they allow you to assess your new smile over a period of a few days. You can show your family and friends and make sure that we have attained the very best look for you. If you are unhappy with the result we can make any changes you see fit, contouring the prototypes to your prescription. This typically takes 1-2 visits all of which are included in the fee.
Once you are happy with the look of your smile we ask our Ceramist, Stephen, to sculpt the veneers mimicking the shape of the prototypes. Everything, including the latest colour matching techniques, are used to ensure the best cosmetic appearance of the finished dental veneer.
